Annual General Meetings HRFC Ltd, HRC Ltd
The AGM of both companies will be held on 6th September and will be formally announced in the next 10 days.
At this meeting directors of the companies - Chris Nixon (Chairman), Paul Venables (Finance Director) and Nigel Dudding (President) – will stand down. They offer themselves for re-election.
Nominations to fill these positions are invited and should be communicated to Mary in the Company Office before 22nd August 2026.
