We’re looking for a Backs & Skills Coach to join Henley Hawks Women as we build for next season.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rebuild with stability and ambition.
The role is paid, with the level depending on experience.
You’ll lead on the backs all-round game and team skills, working within a clear coaching structure.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- coach backs play across the full game,
- develop team and individual skills,
- communicate clearly and confidently,
- work collaboratively within a coaching team,
- support recruitment where possible,
- and bring energy, professionalism, and ambition.
Experience in the women’s game is preferred, along with the skills and qualities above.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact and help shape the next phase of the programme.
